Three years later, the organisers of the Eurovision Song Contest hired us to take care of all new media activities surrounding the event. Over time, our responsibilities increased as we helped to turn a paper organisation into a digital environment. We developed a customised Content Management System, built an accreditation platform and launched an intranet.
Other customers kept coming. We supported a Dutch internet service provider re-branding their business and won a pitch of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, to re-brand their innovation stimulus programme HigherLevel. Great projects, of which the result is still in use!
As from 2008, during the early days of social media, we were entrusted with all external communications surrounding the Eurovision Song Contest. Meanwhile, the financial crisis hit the global economy and we were wondering: ‘How are we going to make our company succeed in these difficult circumstances?’ Being very aware of the seriousness of the situation, we decided to adopt an optimistic approach. How could we support our customers in these difficult times, turning crisis in opportunity? This important period in our company’s history was the foundation for the development of our crisis communications skills.
Since early 2011, we also provide extensive event consultancy to the organisers. Later that year, we were given the challenge to supervise the production of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in the Armenian capital Yerevan. It was challenging, but it worked out well. A year later we did it again, as the contest celebrated its 10th anniversary, this time in Amsterdam.
Since then, our team has grown to six young professionals with different backgrounds. And with our growing expertise, over time, we got the privilege of welcoming more clients like RTL, Talpa, MasterPeace, Rabobank and many more.
During the first ten years of our journey, we’ve come to understand what drives us. We want to understand why things are as they are, so we can move forward from there. To achieve this, we put the bar high. If it ain’t great, we don’t do it – it’s simple as that.
Over time, we learned that everything big starts with something small. An idea, a sudden moment of inspiration, a brainwave. It’s like the big bang, which turned something infinitely small into something infinitely big. That explosion of universal creativity was the inspiration for our logo.
We have a limitless ambition to change the world. To do so, we believe in cooperation rather than competition. In 2013, we teamed up with consultancy agency NewTeam from the Netherlands and The P. World from Macedonia. Jointly, these companies are active in over 30 countries and reach dozens of global brands that have the power to make a difference.
Next, we want to team up with you. To see how we can support you to do great things. To find solutions for the challenges that keep you awake. Have a look at what we can do for you and let’s meet for coffee. We’re looking forward to getting to know you.
